Angelfish Fry Day 38
The fry are now growing at an impressive rate. I have started to wean them onto decapsulated brine shrimp eggs, which turned out to be much easier than the last time I raised fry. I couple of days of 50-50 feeding and they’ve figured out that the still stuff was edible too! Now I’m feeding them on a combination of live and powdered food, and I’ll eventually wean them onto flake, for the sake of their new owners

As can be seen from the footage, today is the first day for the fry without the sponge cover of the filter inlet. To be honest the sponge needed changing so I thought I’d try and see how the fry dealt with the exposed inlet and they’ve been fine. IT now means it’s even easier to keep the tank clean as the flow is much improved. Feel free to let me know what you think of the lil guys…
